Scott Andrews

Scott Andrews has been the Environmental Compliance Manager for the Swinomish Tribe since 2001, responsible for environmental regulation, enforcement and related policy and ordinance development, including programs in shoreline management, air quality and hazardous waste. Projects include the Swinomish Climate Change Initiative to develop a Tribal plan for climate change adaptation. He has worked in a variety of environmental and natural resources positions for governmental and non-profit organizations, including Legal Counsel for the Natural Resources Committee of the Nebraska Legislature. Mr. Andrews is currently a member of the Washington State Bar Association, and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Fiji developing a fisheries aquaculture program. To fulfill his creative side, he writes and produces plays for the stage.
