Have You Seen This?

Summer is a busy time. Vacations, trying to make the most of nice weather, field work...

Not everyone had time to come to Carbon Tech Alliance's 2-day "Fundamentals of Carbon Capture and Storage" at PNNL's Richland, WA campus last June. As mentioned in a recap post soon after the event, it was very well received, and the attendees heard lectures from some of the top experts in the field. The topics included "What is CCS and why is it Important?", "Carbon Capture and Storage Facility Siting" and "How are CCS Projects Permitted?" to name a few.

All of the lectures were videotaped and edited together with key slides so that viewers can learn as much as the attendees did about the various subjects-and now they are being posted to the Carbon tech Alliance Video Page. Currently four of the eight presentations are available for viewing, and the others will be posted one at a time, one full lecture per week.

So whether you came to the event or not, take a look at the video page, click on the topics that you're most interested in and gain more knowledge about the evolving science of CCS. We bet that eventually you'll want to watch them all!
