Wow! What a busy but rewarding trip! Christa Lilly and I (Ralph Fontaine) just got back last night from the Northwest Environmental Conference in Portland, OR. It was an excellent 2 days of meeting colleagues, former course attendees, future course attendees, and future partners!
Here's Christa chatting with one of the visitors to our booth.
I would have taken more pictures, but it seemed like I was always busy talking to someone myself, or working on a video project with our friends who put on the conference (NEBC). You'll see that project up on their website in the future, and hopefully we'll be announcing some other partnerships as well.
And as if that wasn't enough, we also have three courses that are being presented (starting today) in conjunction with the conference:
Industrial Stormwater in the Northwest: Managing Stormwater Permits in Washington and Oregon, Oregon Erosion and Sediment Control Workshop,Groundwater Contamination and Remediation: Principles and Practices
We're really glad that we attended, got to meet so many talented and interesting environmental professionals, and visited with colleagues who we only see once in a while. So, thanks to everyone who organized and attended the Northwest Environmental Business Conference,we hope to see you next year!
