DOE Funded Company Takes Next Steps on CCS Project

Air Products, recognized worldwide for it's innovative culture and commitment to safety and the environment, is working on several CCS projects worldwide. A partnership with Valero Energy Corporation and Denbury Onshore, LLC provides the pieces needed to bring the construction and operation of a Carbon capture and sequestration project in Port Arthur, TX.

Air products received $253 milliion from the Department of Energy through the National Energy Technology Laboratory to develop this project.
