“Our important documents were plagued by inconsistent detail and unclear
writing. Something had to be done to correct these problems. Over 40 of our
employees took Jordan's class and, with a little practice, have become very
effective writers. We continue to champion Jordan’s writing methodology and
now have nearly 700 hundred documents across the agency with more being
written and revised every month.” Amber S.
