The Northwest Environmental Training Center (NWETC)
is always seeking experienced environmental professionals who
enjoy teaching to lead training events for environmental professionals
in the Pacific Northwest. The Environmental Professional Training
Program is one of NWETC's four programs.
Workshop topics range across the spectrum of environmental science,
biology, ecology, geology, chemistry, health and safety, engineering,
planning, and management.
All interested applicants are encouraged to copy
our list of potential workshop topics into an email and indicate
the following
*** = topic you can teach immediately with minimal
preparation,
** = area of competency some reading to refresh you
memory required,
* = area of knowledge - substantial preparation
required.
Submit your list to info@nwetc.org. Click here for a list of potential workshop
topics. Workshops are typically one to three days long and
are often co-taught by a team of instructors. Workshop attendees
are typically environmental consultants, planners, engineers,
natural resource managers, and public regulators. Positions are contract based and flexible.
We prefer candidates with an M.S. or Ph.D. in a related field,
but will consider all experienced applicants. If you possess experience
and enjoy teaching, please send resume to: info@nwetc.org |
